Hotel Deco is centrally located in Omaha, within a 10-minute drive of Henry Doorly Zoo and Orpheum Theater.
Love the art deco decor; rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Orpheum. Another plus was the valet parking. We also dined in the hotel and had a wonderful meal both dinner and breakfast.
The hotel itself is beautiful and historic. It takes you back in time while offering modern amenities. A true gem in Omaha. The hotel staff was everything you would expect and then some. Very accommodating and helpful. Friendly and courteous. All around good people. My wife forgot her fan at home and the maintenance man was kind enough to give his fan up for the weekend. Now, that is service! The room was cozy. The bed was a tad firm for me, but my wife loved it. The shower and the coffee maker took a little getting used to but I eventually figured them out. Absolutely a fun and inviting place to stay. Will definitely return the next time I visit.
Would recommend as perfect place to stay in downtown Omaha.
The staff is extremely helpful. The room was good size and the bar area was attractive. Great downtown location.
