Hotel was clean. Vanessa (the breakfast lady) was wonderful, she gave awesome service.
I didn’t appreciate my credit card being charged $50 for “incidentals”. Not needed as there’s nothing to spend money on. Having to place a parking ticket on the dash of my car was also unnecessary. Otherwise, a decent hotel.
Late check in. No one was there. No one would answer the phone earlier in the day. No one was in the back office. Ghost town. Walked across the street and stayed at a different hotel.

The hotel was clean but dated. Breakfast was good.
The room had apparently just flooded and shouldn't have been declared habitable. I took off my shoes and my socks were immediately soaked. The front desk was very slow and not helpful. They canceled our stay but we're not apologetic at all for our inconvenience. Won't go back. Should be zero stars.
We were warmly greeted at the front desk and very accommodating. Room was clean. Vanessa was our STAR. She was in charge of the breakfast area. Very welcoming and extremely pleasant. Wished us the best and safe travels on our journey. We couldn't be more pleased. A real asset to this location.
