Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is tasty and staff are wonderful!

We were pleased with the service. We needed to arrive early and we were pleased Cambria honored our request.

Real nice accommodations room was. Nice breakfast had a nice stay.

Rooms are clean and roomy, nice amenities, breakfast, plenty of parking, sufficient elevators, nice location, close to hospital as that is why we were there. Liked the hotel, we visited in the past and will again if the occasion arises.

The hotel is good. My only complaint was you had construction at your main entrance so you had to use the side entrance. You had no handicapped parking over there so my daughter had to walk all the way around the building. Next time I would make a parking space handicapped.

I was requesting an early check in due to the nature of my reasoning for staying at the hotel. I called the day before to confirm this and was told it would be possible but to check in the morning of my stay. I called the morning of my stay. The person who answered the phone told me she was the housekeeping manager and there was no way for me to have an early check in. I asked if she could at least make the request for my room as I understand that not all rooms are cleaned at the same time and possibly mine could be cleaned earlier. She wouldn't even take my name or look into if this was a possibility. She was rude and told me my room would not be available until the check in time of 3:00 PM. I needed to have an earlier check in time. I ended up having to book a room elsewhere and was unable to cancel my room at Cambria. I ended up paying for two hotel rooms because of this. I would suggest trying to work with your customers to at least TRY to accommodate their needs. She did not even try.

I enjoy how centrally located the hotel is to the NW Metro. Easy On and Off to Hwy 610 and Hwy 94. Looks like you are doing some renovation to the facility, that is good. accommodations were satisfactory considering I don't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but for those that it has a nice pool and exercise room.

I always stay here when in the Twin Cities area. It's easily accessible from I 94 and there are lots of eating places nearby.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. A couple things could be improved the pillows were awful very flat. May as well not had one at all. Our TP holder was broken. Had to have our toilet plunged when we arrived. Breakfast was your typical hotel fare. Staff was very nice.
