My room was okay, typical But when I went to open the window for some fresh air, I almost cut my self on the broken glass in the window! I mentioned it at the desk while checking out a the girl said she knew the window was broken but saw I requested a King bed so she gave it to me… who does that??? Risky Business!
Did not find out that the pool was closed until we got here. Should not charge your credit card on a reservation. Immediately charged my card over the phone and was told that it is not refundable. Kinda criminal.
