The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our room and the staff was able to quickly get us a different room. The breakfast area was very clean and food was very good.
Akeem and Ashley extended every courtesy to me and my family, showed an interest in me and my family and made sure our every need was met. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bloomington.
