Ironworks is a dream. Everything about this Hotel is wonderful. The staff is kind, warm and accommodating. RIZE is an excellent breakfast spot and I loved having room service from my favorite in town spot. My first day I had a "lukewarm" shower so I asked for maintenance and it was instantly adjusted to hot! The best customer service! The location is ideal for the best shopping and restaurants in INDY. The interstate is close so moving about the city was easy. I cant wait to go back!
We have stayed at this hotel many times, with our dogs. In fact we plan our trips from Kansas to and from NY so that we can stay a night and enjoy all aspects of this special place, including the food and drinks offered by Provision and Rize. The physical and social environments are simply the best we have experienced in the USA. We always leave refreshed and uplifted. Totally worth the $$$.
The room was very large and beautifully furnished, very clean, with very comfortable bed, chairs and sofa. Shower was large and had everything needed!
I will admit that we got a room upgrade, but this place exceeded all my expectations and I have been here before and it has just gotten better. The restaurants, the service and the accommodations are amazing.
