The lobby was very clean and the desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very clean. The room had a fresh smell to it and the carpet was clean with no signs of ground in dirt. The staff always greeted us when walking through the hall. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had plenty so there was no wanting for anything. The food was hot and so was the coffee. The cold drinks were cold. Check out was fast and simple. If you are trying to decide on staying here or not I say this is the place to stay the beds were very comfortable also. I have stayed at their location in Utica NY and now in Lombard, Il The same excellent experience at both. A Definite place to stay with no worries.
Front desk staff was friendly. A good breakfast with fresh fruit, room was clean.
