I reserved a room for my Mom and brother. I told the receptionist that I needed a ground floor room because my Mom is elderly. When she arrived she was pleasantly surprised that her room was elderly friendly, especially in the bathroom. There were mats and railings for her in the bathroom as well as a chair for the shower. She said it was the nicest room she has ever been in. She also said that everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman at the front desk was awesome very professional and polite. Thank you for the stay.
