My son and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 8 days and I have to say this was the kindest staff I have ever encountered in my many years of staying in a hotel. Atilla has done a wonderful job training the staff on customer service and any time something was needed, they were quick to respond. The hotel was clean and well maintained and our stay was fantastic. In a world where customer service is severely lacking, I can honestly say this staff exceeded all expectations. from friendly "good mornings, hellos, have a great day, do you need anything" to smiles and kind responses. they did it all! Highly recommend staying here if you are in Evansville.
We were well treated. They served us nicely, breakfast was good, hotel was clean. The service was overall very good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I go to Evansville.
