My family was in Fairmont, NC for my uncles 89th birthday celebration. We had reserved an air bed and breakfast house. When we arrived at air b and B it was horrible. We could not stay there! I panicked! Quickly, reserved three rooms at Fairfield while riding around looking for accommodations. The staff, Ms Shay, was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. Check in was seamless.Room was ready.Thank you for making our celebration mememorable.
Always clean, but Internet is sketchy at best. Very frustrating. Breakfast has improved, with croissant sandwiches.
Hand towel in our room had dirt all over it. Bath towels had a big wad of hair stuck to them. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel! Charging $20 for ‘incidentals’ even if you refund it later shows a policy of management greed. $230 for a one night stay in a Fairfield is a complete ripoff…the hotel is not that nice. We will never stay here again.
