I have previously stayed at this hotel and called direct to make a reservation. Somewhere along the line my call was transferred. I specifically asked for room 101 or 102 because my husband is in a wheelchair and needs a low bed. Again this request is on my receipt. We arrived at the hotel early afternoon on the 9th and did not have an available room. Not only that I had paid $568.67 in advance to secure the room and when I had to cancel that room to go Finn’s a room my husband could stay in, I was refunded $403! I can not believe the treatment we received and do not plan on staying at a Holiday in again.
We had a one night in town visit. Our daughters were competing. We ate at the connected restaurant great food. Pool was awesome. Beds super comfy.
