We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel. The rooms and all the staff were Great. The Breakfast was excellent and the Lady that ran the Breakfast area was amazing. The hotel is only five minutes down the street from Graceland making it a Win Win Situation.
Our stay at this Holiday Inn and Express was one of the best experiences! From the moment we got there the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Ms. Donnie and Ms. Jasmine were taking care of the front desk during our stay and made sure we were taken care of. Ms. Duffie greeted us each morning at breakfast with a smile and eagerness to take care of us. The staff weren’t there just to work, they were there to make you feel like you are their only guests!

The hotel was clean. I felt safe there. The breakfast was nice. The area was clean. The employees were extremely nice and helpful.
It was our first stay at this hotel. It was a great experience from when we stepped through the door. Receptionist was friendly, helpful, and smiled with warmth. Room clean, cool, and comfortable. We will stay here again.
Ms. Dolfie, the cook, was a jewe and all the receptionists were professional and kind.

White Glove Clean and the Most Attentive Employees who were knowledgeable about restaurants and the area, friendly Place was super clean everywhere and lots of hot water.
King bed was very comfy. Big pillows a plus. Breakfast was good but the area is a bit small. Check in was simple and so was Check out. Otherwise that's it.
