The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable.
The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on the floor, entirely too hard. On top of difficulties sleeping in the uncomfortable bed, everything my husband and I would start to drift off we could hear people talking in the hall outside our room as well as their footsteps. No towel bar for hand towels was interesting, not in a good way. The rude behavior of the children the next morning in the breakfast area with adults letting them do whatever they wanted was ridiculous. Big bottle of shampoo in the shower that was empty was disturbing. Overall, would never recommend to anyone I know.

Every aspect of this hotel has been excellent. The staff exceptional. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Everything is modern and up to date. Breakfast amazing choices even Gluten free. The pool so inviting. The cleaning is on going all day. The towels are the Best. I will be back. five Gold Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.
