Nice overall, esp the lobby but Room 216 leaves much to desire: water smell, shower ceiling/bathroom water bubbles. You have mold developing and better have someone ck it out. I was there due to water damage at my home; I know what I'm talking about. I used to do inspections; I really wish I'd taken photos to send in!
