The hotel was clean and the staff provided new towels even when we did not ask for them. It is an older building and the rooms are bare bones, but it is clean and convienently located. I do think the rates could be lower. There is a pool and breakfast is provided for a few hours in the morning.
I would give this hotel five stars. It was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!
The staff when we arrived was extremely friendly, not quite so in the morning, but still honored our request. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Room was a little short on supplies such as kleenex and shampoo, but we could request at desk. We chose Americinn because in the past the pools have always been warm enough to swim in. This pool was too cold for adults, however the kids had a blast.
