Great Hotel, great location, nice rooms, clean, spacious, employees are polite and courteous, I had dinner room service ( lobster roll).
The entire staff went out of their way making sure our needs where met. The bartender (Bygone) Jason was outstanding!

Community cabins host and servers, door men, front desk, room service, valet, etc. Everyone provided impeccable customer service.
The staff was excellent, very polite, helpful and professional. Room was very comfy.
The entire staff of the Baltimore Four Seasons are to be commended for their attentiveness and efficiency. Everyone was exceptional but a special shout out to Christina (I believe that is her name) who checked us in. Learning that my husband was a retired Two Star AF General and we were here to "honor" Veterans Weekend, Christina upgraded our room to an executive suite that was larger than my condo! Made our whole weekend even more perfect. Thank you!
