Very disappointed. Got hood winked by the web site. It had a service fee of $50+. Requested a rollaway for my 9 year old grand daughter. Asked where it was. Clerk snapped at me. We do't have those. When I said we requested with the online clerk. She snapped at me again. They don't know anything. You must have booked through a third party. That's why I said. Watch out for the services fees not just a total number.

We recently took a road trip to New Jersey. On the way up, we stayed the first night at a different hotel chain. The second night we stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Abingdon, VA. We thought it was so good that on the way back, we stayed only at various Fairfield Inns. They were all good! Their rooms are consistently comfortable and inviting, the staff at each was superior and the prices are reasonable. I will be staying at more Fairfield Inns in the future whenever we travel by car.

The staff at the Marriott deserves a big round of applause and thank you. Having spent two nights there due to 8 inches of snow, they were available when needed offering advice when needed as well as equipment to remove the snow and ice from my car. Thank you.
This hotel was by far one of the best that we've stayed at with our pups. Every hotel in the past has put us in a room that was truly disgusting. Our room was gorgeous and CLEAN! Loved it and will come here again!
