The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality was outstanding. Manager Chardonnay Jeffries went above and beyond to answer my questions, reassure me she was there to make my stay comfortable and took great care to provide answers to concerns that a snowstorm was causing. She made the stay better than I could have asked for.
From check in with the very friendly hotel Manager, Chardonnay to the cleanliness of the rooms, coffee,tea and bottled water in the lobby our stay was very enjoyable. After we parked our vehicle in the airport parking the shuttle service was quick to take us back to the hotel. The morning of our flight we had time to grab a cup of coffee in the lobby and the shuttle was there ready to take us to the airport. On the flight back into Rochester we booked a room again and the although the shuttle was available we opted to make the quick few minute walk to the Fairfield. The sidewalks were plowed and well lit. We've stayed here for our last few trips and plan to stay at the Fairfield every time.
Overall it’s a good value!

Headed to see grandkids. Knew I could stay close for early morning flight. Greatest and very courteous attendant. Was able to multitask effortlessly.
