Reservations assigned me two rooms on two different floors. That was unacceptable. I had a 97 year old and one room and they could not turn the air conditioner off or the heat on.
Service
When I reserved the room I was told the room was $161.00 a night for a king and I get my bill / receipt and was charged $208 a night. We won’t be back with service like that.
I'm handicapped and the handicapped room accommodations were excellent. I currently reside in Maryland but I'm originally from Elizabeth City (EC). Born and raised there! I had to return to EC for my sister's funeral. The staff at the Fairfield Inn were very NICE! I will definitely seek the Fairfield Inn accommodations in EC for any future lodging needs. THANKS!
