I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times but was very disappointed this time. I can understand the issue of humidifiers in the halls, but they were very loud and could be heard in my room. The mattress was very soft and obviously old since it was lumpy and had a valley in middle that caused me to end up there more than once during the night. The "smart tv" is complicated and explained nowhere in the room. The shower pressure was less than refreshing. Having been a very loyal Bonvoy member for many, many years this stay ranks as the worst and definitely not worth the price.

Have stayed here several times now, and its convenient to the highway. Staff are professional and helpful and they have a very nice breakfast bar.
