One of the lights was out over the sink, you had to take the cover off the toilet to flush it, we never heard about breakfast until 25 minutes before it was over (and my family told me that). And then charged me $25 for early check in, even though I only asked if there was a possibility our room would be ready before three pm (we had a 4:30 wedding).
The management was great.

Staff was really nice. Pool was nice but kind of small. Breakfast had descent options. Super close to the African Wildlife Safari Park.
Staff was courteous, room was clean, food was good. No issues on this trip.
