The ventilation system kept us awake all night going on and off at five minute intervals with loud noises. We reported it in the morning and they said we were the 5th to complain about this. Why didn't they warn us? On the website the pool looks like a normal hotel sized pool. We were shocked at how small it was and after about 15 minutes I had to get out of the water because I was shivering from the cold. We asked for an early wake up call so we would have a relaxing time while getting ready for the shuttle. We never got it and had to rush to get ready in time for the shuttle. Very disappointing stay for an expensive room. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.
