Gave me a dirty room to begin with. Service at the front desk was rude. Came down stairs to find she had a group of her friends in the front messing around and gave me attitude because I interrupted her little party. Poor poor all around.
Not owned by wyndham. Service and amenities are subpar. Breakfast was limited to little selection. Housekeeping was limited. Front desk staff was friendly. No ice machine working on any floor above the first. Not a hotel I would recommend.
I showed my confirmed reservation from Priceline and was told she couldn’t do anything for me. I would appreciate if someone would call me and at a minimum issue me a credit. Thank you.
Tried to check in at 2:00pm, no rooms available. I let them know we had things to do and would be back late, please hold a room. Even asked to go ahead and pay and leave luggage there no, couldn’t do that. Arrived at 11:30 pm to find that I was the 20th person to be turned away because they had no rooms available. However my credit card was charged at 10:30pm for the cost of the room. The clerk was unable to give me a refund because he insisted the reservation was made through Expedia. Nothing I have in my paperwork said Expedia.(I didn’t make the reset and the who did was asleep at home) After several conversations with the clerk and Expedia, I was unable to figure out what happened or get a refund. The clerk acted as if I should never use a third party booking. I have turned to my credit card company for help in resolving this.
