Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Westlake Village
The hotel offers a full-service spa, 2 spa tubs, a health club, and a sauna for guests to relax and rejuvenate during their stay.
The service and facility are excellent, but a few items need improvement. We entered the restaurant at around 8:30 pm. The restaurant had no sound damping in the floors or ceilings, there was a group of five people standing in front of the bar and a table of 10 people on the other side. These two groups were loud and as the maitre’d indicated, one has to sit outside if they did not want a lot of noise. We ended up eating outside; fortunately I wore a warm jacket so I was okay. The food was okay although the bone in ribeye was mediocre. The waitress was quite good; perhaps she should give the maitre d’ some lessons on hospitality! My only other complaint was the shower. The shower had an overhead shower head and a hand shower head. I could not turn off the hand shower head. The hotel might want to consider the Speakman series of shower heads!
I had an outstanding experience with Matt who was a bellman. He was extremely helpful to me in every way!
