Can't say enough about this awesome staff! They make you feel like family as you walk in the door! We are older travelers who had questions about shuttle to airport, etc. They answered all our questions, thanked my husband who is 86 and disabled for his service and as we settled in, they called our room to sing Happy birthday to me who just turned 81 that day! Their rooms, common areas were very clean, coffee in the lobby was hot, not just warm. And since we needed assistance at the airport we asked to be taken in early as we are slower, so the Mgr. arranged to get a Lyft ride for us. That driver was very prompt. Their communication with others was superb. It was due to all their staff of Earth Angels our trip was so great. Upon our return the hotel shuttles were in process of upgrading at the airport pickup place. A call to the hotel, and in about 20 minutes, on a very busy Memorial Day, this Mgr. came and picked us up! They not only provide good customer service, they provide the best hospitality bar none. Sincerely grateful guests.
