We looked at three employees and all of them were on their phones. Manager was not on the property both days that we were there. Been there four times in four weeks. Kloe is pleasant but on her phone.
Stayed here twice in a row. I’m Hilton Honors. Front desk knew there was no hot water did nothing. I will be calling corporate. I should be refunded or more points John Henry.
