I was just there overnight for an early morning flight, but the manager did so much for me. I had just had a hip replacement so I was with a cane and I had my dog and I discovered that my charger didn’t work so he went over and above to charge it up at his front desk and I was able to pick it up all charged by 11 o’clock that night. I’d also brought my dinner to my room since the lady doing the food was a little busy at the bar, he was just a very charming and helpful person who seemed like he really wanted to do his best. His name is Michael. That’s all I know of it but anyway the hotel is lucky to have him.

I was treated like a “queen” by Olivia and Anna, even by an unknown gentleman in the parking lot. I can’t remember being treated so graciously by hotel staff. I would give them a 15 on a one 10 scale. My room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. I was very pleased. Thank you!

Have stayed here many times. Very convenient for catching early morning flights; nice restaurant and clean, comfortable rooms.
Room needs updating, especially bathroom, carpet had stains. bed okay.
The room was very comfortable. I had no trouble sleeping, very soundproof. The restaurant has wonderful food. Definitely worth staying there the staff was very courteous.
Will never stay at this location again. Incompetent people who don’t care about their guest.

It is a big place and I’m sure the building is old, but they keep it very clean. The rooms are quiet. They have a restaurant downstairs, and I had a lovely dinner there and they made a little meat patty for my dog because she needed to take medication with food. The whole experience was very positive for me and always is when I stay there.
