This is my second time trying to stay at this location. When I first tried to book the room, double queen was available but two clicks later the entire hotel was booked. A quick refresh and the only things open were king suites. Still haven’t figured out the math of how 199 turned into 365 for a night at a very SUBPAR hotel. The computers were down when I arrived and it seemed like rebuilding Rome for the front counter people to help with anything. I asked them to please call my phone with the latest status as to when my room would be accessible. The one woman seemed bothered that I asked for this curiosity. By the time I got the call it was ready they hung up so fast…smh. I had to go back to the front desk to obtain sheets and pillows for the pullout couch bed that was VERY uncomfortable. The hot water to an eternity to get hot and the toilet made noise ALL night once it was flushed. I will NEVER return to this location as the service, facility and accommodations aren’t worth that fee. Avoid it at all cost. I would rather sleep in vehicle….

The room was nice and warm, which is what we needed since we have no electricity at home.
Room was good and staff was awesome.
Mr. Journee, the night manager on 8th of Feb., was very helpful the night we returned from our gala. His personality was pleasant, courteous and very professional.
