Although there were renovations going on, the lobby area and our room were very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We especially appreciate Ana in the restaurant who was very friendly and treated all the customers with kindness.

We stayed one night. The staff that greeted us were very courteous and friendly. Room was VERY HOT when we arrived, and we found furnishings and TV to be very dated. Hotel was very quiet though.
