Excellent service, clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel is beautiful and the location met my needs. My only complaint is housekeeping and service. I was there three nights with zero housekeeping. Their policy is every other day housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk to pick up towels, tissue and bathroom paper. Our trash cans were overflowing. This was very disappointing because I expected better from Hilton.
Enjoyed the suite and the meals. The service was excellent.
The bathroom was nasty hand rails should’ve been cleaned off.
