I always enjoy my stay. No complaints.
The staff is excellent. Lady at front desk is above and beyond. Room was very warm and humid and you couldn’t adjust the air conditioner. So humid that everything felt damp and floor was slippery. Ran out of toilet paper. Room service is every other day and I guess it was overlooked. Hair conditioner in shower was empty and sink and tub drained slow.
Would recommend to visitors.
I will be returning to this Hotel on my next visit.
I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Duncanville again.
Had everything we needed. Comfortable for us and grandchildren.
