friendly clean and quiet location right in the heart of LL Bean country. Highly recommended.
This is our second visit to The Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful especially the front desk person, I believe her name was Sonia. We also ate in the restaurant and the bartender/waitress was exceptional as well. The hotel is also convenient for walking to all the outlets. I definitely recommend it to travelers visiting Maine.
Would use this hotel again.

From the initial arrival in your lobby to the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly, responsive and professional. We were greeted at every turn from housekeeping to desk to walk past in the hallway. I would stay again in a nano second. Thanks for the cleanliness of the room as well.

The lobby was very crowded and chaotic due to special events. Parking options for handicap vehicles was a nightmare in an already limited parking space.
Everyone is attentive, kind and friendly. Very willing to help. The only issue is they seem understaffed in the mornings.
