My room was okay, but it had a damp, musty smell about it, probably because the carpet needs to be replaced. The stopper in the sink was missing, but maintenance did replace it with one that didn’t quite fit. The floor of the bathtub was slick, but I was able to get a tub mat from the front desk. The room itself was comfortable and roomy, but needs some updating.
Great Hotel, Great Staff. This is my go to hotel every time I visit Lake Charles. It's clean and the staff remembers me from visit to visit. The coffee and breakfast are great ways to start my day.
