We enjoyed our stay immensely. The facility was clean and neat. It was well organized and easy to navigate. The dining facility was clean and well organized. Karin did a great job of taking care of us and the food was excellent. I want to especially compliment Andrew for helping us.
I left an expensive item at the hotel and Shannon was so helpful to contact me and return it. She deserves a raise, a very trustworthy employee.

Nice room. Nice front desk, although they gave misinformation. 1. The water stinks perpetually in the bathroom. I asked the fd, he said he’d send someone up, that it needed to be cleaned? So what was I drinking? It’s probably Carlsbad beach water stink, but the clerk mislaid me and never sent anyone up. 2. The QR codes don’t work for food. The restaurant can’t be reached by qr code, phone or text. So, difficult to order. 4. The light in the br is awful! Comes on too brightly when you come into the br at night!
