Upon arrival the hotel staff were very accommodating. There was parking for our Motorhome which made the stay stress free. Bravo Zulu to the Hilton.

Friendly and professional staff.
The restaurant experience was poor. There was no white wine only red and beer was not cold. Service was slow even though it was it was not at all busy. The food was less than adequate. In the 10 years that I have been traveling through this area this was the worst hotel experience I have had and the highest room rate.
The accommodation was a nice, spacious suite and that was appreciated. But the room did not cool properly when we raised concern, we were told it’s broken and we don’t have another room. Not really the proper response to a three night customer.
The desk clerk was perfect! Her cheery attitude and understated southern charm truly relaxed me after 12 hours on the road. The room was large, inviting and spotless. The wait staff at breakfast the following morning was polite and served to cap off a restful stay. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay. The handicap room was very accommodating for the handicap traveler. Very accommodating, very clean and very easily accessed.
Shower dirty, pillows totally flat, toilet needs to be updated. Too low and doesn’t flush properly. Toilet paper holder where you hurt yourself, getting it. Door to room has to be forced open and shut.
