The receptionist was genuinely kind and helpful. The room made me feel like I was home.
I have so many isssues but don't want to ruin the rest of my weekend. I will be calling Chantell Rodriquez when I return home to discuss a few of my complaints. That is the only business card the front desk would give me. Currently sitting in my room with a hallway full of weed smell on the 2nd floor. Won't bother your "front desk" because not sure anymore which staff is willing to be helpful. So sad since I have stayed here before and this visit I have two other rooms with family visiting that I paid for and it's a disaster!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, nice and pleasant staff. Excellent!
Front staff very pleasant, however first room I checked in to smelled very strongly of urine. Switched to another room and it was fine, but the hot water in the shower did not work so I had to take a cold shower at 6am with no time to make other arrangements as I had to meet the bridal party at another hotel at 7am. Also asked if I could please have a later check out and was denied. Will not be staying at this hotel next time I’m in Camarillo. Less than average experience, only reason I put three stars was for the staff.
