The only thing we did not like was the shower and tub. Would prefer shower o ly.
I was so happy with this Hilton! It is tastefully designed, clean and quiet. The staff were awesome and helped us with all questions and any little thing we needed including changes to reservations, nearby shopping, etc. Food was great! Some of the other Hilton's (Deadwood) need to send their managers to the Springfield Hilton to learn what Hilton's are supposed to be like. These people were awesome! 11/10.

Very peaceful and restful, kitchen staff very slow, over 1:30 to receive dinner.
Amazing service and very welcoming.
There was no hot tub as advertised.
an older Hilton Garden Inn, but very. nice. but staff went beyond to be friendly and helpful.
