Arrived at airport and literally 5 minutes later we were checked in!
Check in was easy and pleasant. Andrew the front desk staffer was as polite and entertaining as he was professional. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Shuttle service the following morning was available upon request. We will stay there again.

This hotel is very run down but the staff is friendly and the room was clean.
The check in crew was very friendly and made the start of the stay great. In the morning, they were very helpful as they were aware that our flight had been canceled. They offered to keep the room open for us if we were not rebooked for the same day, or even if booked much later. Turns out that we were rebooked, albeit much later but better than the couple next to us at the counter who were being told tomorrow arrival with a layover somewhere tonight! Great them! And the room. Was quite nice, clearly set up as a business stay room.
Heavy sliding door to bathroom we were unable to make it close. Low lighting also made it difficult to see around the room. Honor Hilton but will not stay there again.
