I do not believe I have ever stayed at a Hilton Garden Hotel before, so I was not sure what to expect exactly. On arriving I was told that there were no extra pillows available usually a special request I have. But the Front Desk Manager, Sergio, came to the rescue and personally delivered four lovely plump pillows to my room my night was saved! Then my husband and I went down to the in house restaurant. We were just too tired to venture out. And again we were pleasantly surprised by the genuinely friendly service and a delicious meal! We have to travel back to this area again in a month or two and are already planning to book our stay here!
Room was clean and perfect location from my work event. the staff was really helpful and nice. The sink in my room would not drain but the front desk was quick to respond to it. My stay was not long enough to bother switching rooms and overall I was pleased with my stay. I will stay there again.
