The staff was friendly and efficient. We requested no feathers and as soon as we got in, they verified that for us. The front desk got us everything we needed and set us up with our digital key also. We find that very useful. The room was big enough for our needs. It was clean, orderly and the temperature was just what we like. I liked the walk in shower instead of a tub. The room also has a refrigerator.

The cost for breakfast in our on-site "Great American Grill Restaurant" is $17 + tax and it includes the following buffet style breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, pastries, fruit, juice, tea/coffee, milk and yogurt. You can also order a choice of made-to-order eggs, omelets, pancakes and/or French toast.

My stay was excellent at the Hilton Garden Inn/Waltham both times I stayed there on business. It is very quiet. The cost is definitely a value for a Single King Bed accommodation. The hotel offers all kinds of snacks and has a great breakfast buffet too. This is definitely my favorite hotel. Friendly customer service.
We stayed here for two nights at Christmas. All was good and the manager was very attentive. Very clean and comfortable room and bedding.
Very clean and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and polite. I had dinner there, however the burger I ordered wasn't very good. Too thick and too much seasoning :( The night shift fellow was meh? When I asked for more sugar for my coffee he just pointed to the coffee station. Everyone is allowed an off day. Overall very happy with my stay and will definitely stay there again.
