I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in East Syracuse! Everyone went out of their way to make sure! I spoke with two different front desk girls, both Maya and Emily and they were super! I went to the bar and had a glass of wine with Daphne and she was great! Then I had breakfast with Sarah and she was very nice too! I even left my jacket in the room while checking out and housekeeping put it downstairs for me! I was there overnight for CE class initially, but I would stay here again because of all these awesome people!
I never had enough towels during my entire stay. Even after I asked multiple times. I had a family of four staying and needed fresh towels I also did not k low there would be a additional 50 cost refunded after I left that would take three to five business days to be returned for damages and there were no towels in the pool area at all. Thank you.
