I was very impressed with Ileanna Lopez who checked me in. She was very professional, friendly and gave great information as to the services they offer as well as dining options in the surrounding area. She is a great asset to Hilton. A resource like this who directly faces the public is directly responsible for how the public appraises Hilton and determines future stays. Kuddos too to Ashley, the waitress at breakfast for her assistance and professionalism.

Clean big room, nice and quiet.
We were greeted kindly, reservation was there and the room was spotless and comfy.
Beds were comfortable, room clean, plenty of hot water. Quiet! Danielle was great at check-in. Also very helpful experience checking out (don’t have names). If back in Rancho Mirage, I’ll stay there.
Torn curtain. Horrible roof view. Sink facet came off. Worn carpet.
From the moment we arrived (even for a short stay) greeted warmly and welcoming…Jason at the front desk was super!
