The entire staff at this location is very professional and courteous at every interaction. I have stayed here a lot while working in Anchorage. Great location, great staff and nice quiet room. My room has always been very clean and everything works as expected. I have not had any issues at all during my many stays at this hotel. Thank you so much for a great experience every time!

Relaxing stay, loved the pool and sauna! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Ethel the day manager was an absolute gem. I am looking forward to booking with them again.
The hotel staff were exceptional and I do mean exceptional. The dining room food was exceptional, too the breakfast buffet and the menu dinner. The room itself needs some updates. The heating system was extremely loud, but overall the room was comfortable. The hotel lobby and layout is nice.
