Mrs Dee at the front desk and Jackie in the kitchen. Both were friendly, welcoming and most of all professional. I will book again they made me feel at home.
Would recommend it to anyone.
Stayed here for two nights while my brother was in the hospital for heart surgery. I truly can not say enough good things about the staff. I have stayed at plenty of Hotels and have never had staff that were as kind and helpful as the people here. Thank you all for your kindness.

This was a last minute stay as it’s across the street from the hospital. I had not planned on staying so arrived late and had no toiletries. There was nothing available in the small shop in the lobby. I was charged an extra $100 over the “rate” for incidentals. I did not use ANY facilities other than my room and left the next morning. Be aware. I’ve never had any other hotel make that kind of a charge up front. Breakfast was complimentary and would have been very nice if it was hot. The room was very neat and clean and that’s the most important thing.

Stayed for med procedures and it was perfect location, friendly staff, very accommodating. I asked for the room by the elevator and lobby and they placed me where I asked, extra pillows, etc.
