Great staff, front desk and restaurant. We stay here twice a year and for years have come to find consistency in cleanliness and personable and helpful staff. I highly recommend a stay here. It is a testimony to their reputation that adjacent hotels who are less expensive have half full parking lots and The Hilton Garden Inn is always full.

I came to get rest and to rejuvenate. The stay served its purpose. Very pleasant and relaxing.
Entire staff treats me and my wife like family every time I have stayed here (I have stayed here at least 10 or more times) they even remembered my dog's name from three years ago just amazing folks.
Facility is quite nice. Failure to get a requested wake up call is unacceptablr.
My room was comfortable and clean. Staff was professional and helpful.
Pool was being worked on, even though the woman who took my reservation said the pool and hot tub was available. I had driven 9 hours and really was looking forward to getting a good swim in. They charged for breakfast and it was awful. The refrigerator was not cold, carpets were soiled and tub had hair still in it.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Drippy shower and noisy neighbors at three am Security took care of it.
My stay here was the only pleasant part of my last visit to Florence. The job I was assigned to was an absolute nightmare. The hotel, the hospitality, the on site restaurant and bar provided much needed solace.
