We had a nice stay at Hilton garden inn Jackson MS. There were problems with lighting in room and they were fixed within the hour. Very quickly done. It was also very quiet at night and had comfy beds and pillows. Thank you.
The two reception agents, Jakobe and Kelly, went far above the usual efforts I get at other hotels! I am not joking. They present what all hotels should present. I had several requests and they gave full attention and served me and the hotel’s management very well!
