Room was nice but pool needs upgrades.

The room keys didn't work.After replacing them they would work only after multiple attempts.The rear entrance door would not open.Went outside with my dog at midnight and had to go around to the front entrance and down the hall to reach our room.Telephone did not work.Wallpaper was coming off the wall.The refrigerator had defrosted prior to our arrival and was wet with water.Could not get a receipt because the reservation was made by phone!
The staff here is very nice and the lobby is big and clean. The rooms are large and the king bed was comfortable.
