Beautiful hotel and your staff was wonderful. Arrived late and had to be at the airport at 5:00 am so it your team helped me get a close parking spot so I could leave some of my luggage locked in my vehicle. Just so accommodating! I’ll be back!
The room thermostat and air conditioning did not work. despite being lowered to 68 deg, the room temperature climbed from 75 to 78 overnight. Miserable. Maintenance did try to fix it four separate occasions, but no success. We were relocated to a new room for our final night. The toilet seat (left) hinge was broken. The bathroom door hangar was broken. All of the rooms lack sufficient light, unless you raise the window shades. I should not have to allow people to look in (especially on the first floor), in order to have sufficient light to see in the room. Stop trying to be cheap and provide some lamps.
