Everything about the Hilton Garden Inn, Winchester, Va., was Superb! It is a lovely Property and its' Staff was Beyond Wonderful! Russell, Asst. Manager help me in every way possible and one of the Nicest Gentleman one would ever hope yo encounter! The lobby area was decorated nicely for the Christmas Holidays Season! Their food and "Specialty Drink" Selection, i.e., Cocktail Listing was deightful., as I ordered two Cosmopolitans and they were delicious! I would rate my overall experience, a "5+/5"! Kudos to all who made my stay Quite Remarkable!
The lady working reception (Shiela) was a real gem! Very helpful and welcoming! She gets 5/5 EXCELLENT!

Excellent Service, Perfect location, wonderful service.
A truly exceptional experience from check in to checkout. Particularly enjoyable was the dinner meal and service by staff members. Will keep this location in mind for future travel plans.
Enjoyed our room was clean, food was great and all staff were very friendly 😁.
More clarity is required for handicapped rooms. Only one bed in their handicapped rooms. Families beware!
