Hot water very plentiful. Wake up call did not happen causing a later departure. Breakfast was excellent! Staff friendly.

It was a comfortable night's rest. The hotel in general was clean and reasonably well kept.

Disappointed in Hampton. Could have been okay but dried vomit (or something) on wall by commode. Was too tired and too late to call housekeeping.
More luggage carts are despertly needed.
Wanted to cancel my reservation due to the storm but I was denied. Unhappy customer.
There was no hot water the entire week I was there. I was suppose to have stayed two weeks but the water situation, the constant noise, no laundry facilities and it wasn’t very clean. Stuff on the carpet, no trash liners in trash cans and they were nasty, bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and the front dear worker continued to be dishonest when asked daily about the water situation. They knew the day I checked in there was no hot water in the building. Very unsanitary and unsatisfactory.

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The woman doing the breakfast did a great job and accommdating.
Newly renovated very nicely decorated pet friendly will stay again.
